HOLIDAY DECOR
Pinterest and up scale stores are great for inspo, but you can 1000% find similar pieces for much less. My favorite places to shop are Homegoods, Target, the Target Bullseye Playground, Michael’s, and The Dollar Tree. I never like to spend more than $20 on any type of decor. So, an overall or max per item budget is key!
Homegoods: The garlands, wreaths, small accents, throws blankets, pillows and gift wrap. Such a good selection!! Dislikes: sometimes there’s not enough of an item that I want and there’s no website.
Target: The Wondershop ornament sets and gift wrap, and the Dollar Spot flocked/wooden trees, festive garlands, small accents, lights and holiday signs. You can’t get Phillips lights on sale, typically in Nov. Try to stop in-store on Dec 26th to get what you want (for next year) on sale aka Opal House and Magnolia H&H stuff. Dislikes: No Drive-Up for Dollar Spot stuff.
Dollar Tree: Filler ornaments, tea lights, small accents and crafts. Dislikes: None.
Michaels*: The garlands, wreaths, and ornament sets. Holiday decor is typically 40% off in Nov AND they offer curbside pick-up! Dislikes: None.
